Help with lag

I dont know why, but I have extreme lag. Its driving me INSANE! Can I get help, plz? That would be greatly appreciated.

 

What are the specifications of your computer? - this includes amount of RAM, CPU/processor information, graphics card/integrated graphics details and anything else that you think may be of help.

How do I find that data?

 

You can find out how much RAM you have as well as your CPU type and speed by right clicking "my computer" and selecting properties. You should get something like... (see picture below).

Graphics card can be found by going into control panel --> appearance and personalisation --> adjust screen resolution --> advanced settings --> adapter tab. like so (see second image)
