    What are the specifications of your computer? - this includes amount of RAM, CPU/processor information, graphics card/integrated graphics details and anything else that you think may be of help.

    You can find out how much RAM you have as well as your CPU type and speed by right clicking "my computer" and selecting properties. You should get something like... (see picture below).

    Graphics card can be found by going into control panel --> appearance and personalisation --> adjust screen resolution --> advanced settings --> adapter tab. like so (see second image)
