Swap Car Parts

Is it possible to put car parts from other cars onto different cars, being compatible in size?

If such is possible could anyone explain to me how to do it.

to do this you need some practise in Jbeaming , and using Blender / 3Dmax. More I cant say cause I don´t know that myself. OR!! visit the BNG Wiki

 

I have tried modifing the model itself and adding the parts i wanted but it doesnt appear ingame. Even if i attact that part to another existing part in the car then both dont show.

 

The 2 connected parts have to have the same materials, like if you attached the back bumper of the covet to the back of the bolide the material for the rear bumper of the covet would have to be changed from covet to super. Also the covet rear bumper would need to be changed to super rear bumper or whatever the bolide rear bumper was named.
