Help me with modding World in conflict

my problem that i have is that i downloaded the Offical mod kit for world in conflict but the files wont show up when i go to compile them using WinSDF so it turns it to a sdf file only the Winsdf Program can see it because when i go to open the folder its in its not there but when i go to Use the juice program and convert the juice file into Ice and Loc The Same thing happens again.

EDIT: Ohh, he's talking about a game called "World in Conflict" and how to make mods for it. About the juice and ice I have no idea.

 

Step 1) Go and register on the world in conflict forums.
Step 2) Create a post there for your problem.
Step 3) Rewrite that post in english rather than idiot.
Step 4) ????
Step 5) Profit.
