18 FPS PLEASE HELP!

    Ok,I'm getting about 18 fps. I need more.
    When I press J I get 60, but press it agian and 18.

    Specs:
    AMD A10-4600M APUwith Radeon HD Graphics
    8.00 gb of ram
    1600x900 display
    It is a laptop running Windows 8.1

    I know I dont have good specs but i think i could get more fps

    The processor is not the best. The integrated video card does not help at all. your laptop is just not powerful enough.
    I dont really think there a way to make it better either. maybe close programs that you dont need when you play the game. Theres not much room for improvements to be honest.
