Hello everyone, i was wondering in the demo which button may have this functionality. Because it s quite annoying to reset your car each time it lays on its side or roof?

I mean without the car being repaired. Also a function where you can give the car a little push without the help of the motor if you want to accelerate quickly would be great!

    I +1 this.

If you go into the editor and rotate the car, which would seem to be an obvious solution, it also rotates its collision box, making it sort of get stuck in the ground and screwing it up.

I opened a new thread in the suggestions forum. Nice Avatarpic though. Love them, too.

i think it can be nice feature key (for 180' rotate car).. sometimes..

    but now you can:
    - press J - it stop all physics
    - F11 - open editor
    - select your car \ lift it up a little bit \ rotate on 180'
    - F11 to close editor
    - J to switch on physics

    something like that

That would seem to work but it rotates the car's hitbox too, which makes it, while right side up, behave like its upside down by clipping through the ground a little. Gabester said they would try and fix it but it would require a lot of math and stuff.

then physics off by "J" - ground not bump vehicle

Yeah it would be good to have way to do this. The short-term solution is to spawn an offroad pickup and give it a little nudge :D You could also pause physics and then position it above an object so when it falls it gets spun around onto it's wheels.

That was always good on ROR just grab the car with the mouse to flip it

    This ^
It's also kind of fun sometimes, just randomly dragging a wheel (from stopped) very far, just for laughs & gags ;)

:-D nah, i think i found one close-as solution: "F7" does flip the car not perfectly, but most of the times...and here we go crashing the crashed car again ;)

    Lmao!

But yeah, I also used the mouse to flip and destroy a car in ROR.
It'd be great to see that feature back.
