So i've been in the UK for 3 days now, going home tomorrow and i've been to the Beaulieu car museum as well as the Autojumble event there. According to the first page of search results on google I'm the only one who's been able to root a Vodafone 890N :| I've been searching for CyannogenMod Roms and stuff like that for atleast 30 minutes now, but the threads on the forum were this has been asked for all ended with people saying that an 890N cannot be rooted. It clearly can be rooted though, how else would I be able to dive into the root only directories (/data/data etc.) ? I can confirm that it's rooted if you want me to BTW, I'll only have to download a ROOT ONLY screen recorder and show you that I have access to the files. ROOT ONLY apps like the ones with which you can over/underclock your phone also work flawlesly. I can't be the only one that has got this working, right?
How many of you would be cool with a friend phoning you at 4:30am just because they needed to vent when they're feeling down? It's never happened. But the right person for the right reason, yeah.
Other people have rooted it. But it isn't a popular device, so if you want cyanogenmod or any ROM on your device you will have to build it yourself since it doesn't seem anyone else with the device is going to. I have been through things in the past and i dont wish that on any of my friends, so if they need to talk at any time that's fine by me, i would much rather that than them suffering in silence. Whether i would ever notice the call while sleeping is another matter entirely though.

Just write a bad review on their site, I'm pretty sure most things they will replace for free. I don't use headphones but I do have some pretty nice 3-way bookshelves from them. I doubt it's steam. I've heard nothing but bad things about trying to run that through steam. You're better off just getting it separate from steam.
Well, writing a bad review would be a bad way to do it. Just emailing them saying they fucked up is enough.
If the product is clearly flawed it's exactly the thing to do. You don't need to be rude, in fact being rude probably is not the right thing to do but you can still write a bad review for the product so then others will know of the potential flaw.
