Look through some recent action cam reviews from Techmoan, and choose which one best suits your needs. I don't have any personal recommendations, as the only action camera I have is a GoPro Hero3+ Silver. It works great, but is probably a bit out of your price range. You should think about Drift Stealth. It's affordable and at the same time decent. It's one of the smallest and lightest cameras, so wouldn't disturb you during climbing. Also its batteries endure about 3 hours, which is the longest life on the market. Maybe read more on their website: http://store.driftinnovation.com/cameras/drift-stealth-2.
