Today , my friend mentions that he has asthma all the time . The whole class gets annoyed and i told everyone to listen to me . i said : why would anyone be proud of having a respiratory condition ? And everyone laughs . Halp . Reddit is banned in my country so i can't view it . I also have constant ringing in my ears .
The post linked to is this: "Place the palms of your hands over your ears with fingers resting gently on the back of your head. Your middle fingers should point toward one another just above the base of your skull. Place your index fingers on top of you middle fingers and snap them (the index fingers) onto the skull making a loud, drumming noise. Repeat 40-50 times. Some people experience immediate relief with this method. Repeat several times a day for as long as necessary to reduce tinnitus.Dr. Jan Strydom, of A2Z of Health, Beauty and Fintess.org. This always works for me." Followed by lots of people being amazed and thankful. basically, this Which I find is really hard to do when I have a pony tail XD
wow that certainly is pretty cool...It relieved my ringing as well. (I have tons of watts in my car system, always have, and I suffer from tinnitus as well).
Just trying to help people out man, thanks. It's fucking amazing having no ringing. Also, if you find it hard to do that snapping technique, just use your fingers to drum on the base of your skull. Works better I think.
That Tinnitus relief thing didn't work for me sadly, I'll keep trying it though. I've had that crap for as long as I can remember, it's extremely loud at times. I wouldn't mind a bit of quiet, even for a short while.
I find that it works when you really give the finger snap some "oomph"...however It hurts my carpel tunnel in my right wrist lol
I just tend to drum my fingers as hard as that snapping motion on the back of my head, it seems to work just as well or better. Just make sure to seal your ears with your palms.
I don't have it but I found this: Yes. Almost everyone at one time or another has experienced brief periods of mild ringing or other sounds in the ear. Some people have more annoying and constant types of tinnitus. One third of all adults experience tinnitus at some time in their lives. About 10%–15% of adults have prolonged tinnitus requiring medical evaluation. The exact cause of tinnitus is often not known. One thing is certain: Tinnitus is not imaginary. http://www.asha.org/public/hearing/Tinnitus/
I am now part of the newly formed robotics club at my school. It's being run through US FIRST. It seems that I have become the head programmer. And I need to learn JavaScript in less than two weeks. The robots are Android based and I have to work on the phones' software through VirtualBox (it seems I can't use VMWare ). And I (with other's help) have to make an app to control the bot through. The app has to take inputs from USB gamepads and send it to the other phone to control the bot.
