Are you, by chance, separating the exhaust to allow for a dynamic exhaust sound system that incorporates damage? I'd been meaning to put out a suggestion for such a thing but hadn't gotten around to it.

Yep, I've also added a Hood Deflector to the T75 along with the bullbar and sleeper unit.
On the Moonhawk Drag I've added side exhausts and wheelie bar :)

Hey Nadeox, I was wondering, is gabester or you going to fix the SBR4? It understeers way too much, even for a GT-R or 911. I'm sure I can fix it by reducing the sway bar's stiffness, but I wonder if it will be officially fixed.

That's the stability control. Turn it off by hitting CTRL + Q twice.

I know, I turned it off. Then it slid into a wall head on.

It's biased towards understeer like any modern car, plus it's rear engined, which makes it more prone to static understeer. Also, you're probably entering turns faster than you think you are, since the car is so fast (I had this problem driving the GTR in racing sims) which makes it feel like it's understeering badly. If you turn the appropriate amount at the appropriate speed, it will grip very well.

I tried some trail braking with the looser sway bar, I still feel it's a bit unrealistic, however given the weight bias it is ok. You should add torque vectoring next :p.

P.S. I love all the new additions, especially the dragster, and I like the SRB4.

I'm doing a little tuning of the sway bars right now and I've dialed a little bit of the understeer out.

Would a slight reduction in spring rate help? Possibly a lower compression on the shock?

I happen to like the way the SBR4 handles, and I love the rear pushrod suspension. Good work, Gabef :D

I do, however, recommend you update the game ASAP, if only to shut up all the snickering fools with their weed jokes ;)

Possibly, but the swaybar values were sort of strange, and normalizing them helped handling a lot, so I don't think changing spring rates is necessary.

Didn't a new update come out today? My Beamng says version 4.2.0 if I remember right. We got the SBR4 and other stuff that I didn't notice yet

Holy crap, the SBR4 is such an amazing car! It's the kind of car that needs to happen more often in real life: something that breaks the mold. You just don't see unique and innovative cars like the SBR4, Citroën DS, Volkswagen Beetle, and the Mini anymore. I've been driving the SBR4 since the update and it's like nothing else I've driven, virtual or otherwise, which is a real accomplishment for a video game.

You guys have come such a long way with the tire model compared to day 1 of early access. The cars defenetly feel alot better now, this update is great! And man, the SBR4 is a blast to drive! I think the SBR4 isn't supposed to be abused and crashed and jumped and stuff like that. It's supposed to show how good the actual driving physics of BeamNG are. I really enjoy driving the SBR4! I was never looking forward to SBR4, thinking a modern supercar is not an interesting vehicle for BeamNG. But oh man I was wrong. Thank you Gabe for giving the SBR4 to us. After all the bashing it got, and still you decided not to scrap this thing from the to-do list. Very nice work and something completely different from what we have in BeamNG. Keep up with the great work :)
