#JDM #illest #nolicenseplateyo (imported from here) (Adds 5hp. At least.) "racing" eBay CDI. Probably adds 0 HP but it does remove the rev limiter. (It's 50cc. Is a rev limiter really needed?) (imported from here) And these I took while diagnosing the intermittent electrics problem. The hell did the previous owner do to this thing. (imported from here) (imported from here) There were a bunch of cut wires. I spliced back together one (ground?) wire that looked like it was making intermittent connection and now all my electrics work fine. Don't even care what the other ones went to. Wrapped it all up in wiring tape and stuffed it back together.
That reminds me of a time I fixed an ethernet cable a bird had chewed through, ended up being about 2 inches wide in the area of the fix.
Oh my god, that poor Esperante. Whoever treated that car like that needs to be shot at dawn for their mistake.
My grandma's car is totaled. Damn shame. 07 Lexus with like 40k miles on it, garage kept all its life. I always hate to see really clean cars driven by old people get ruined like that. I wish I could get a picture of it. She didn't take any on the scene of course. I actually haven't seen it. It's at a Toyota dealer. I could probably just go look at it.
Didn't you only say recently about how she scraped up the sides of the car whilst trying to get it out of the garage? Either way, hopefully she is able to get a replacement.
Well, yeah, it's a little scratched up on the side. That's the way old people's cars are. They have a few scuffs here and there, but they're really clean inside and are very well taken care of. She has a second car, so its not like she's without transportation. Wonder if she'll buy another one or just keep the money.
Neither of my Nans have cars, my grandfathers have cars though, they are both immaculate. No scuffs or scrapes. S'pose one is a very cautious driver & the other is a car enthusiast so he enjoys keeping his car is good nick. Its kinda sad in a way. Massive car enthusiast all his life, he has owned Falcons, Kingswoods & Commodores but now he drives a Ford Laser. Exactly like this one, same colour, same wheels, only his has fog lights instead of the plastic.
Seems to be a common thing. My Grandpop had all sorts of cool vehicles when he was younger, couple of late 50's T-birds, Olds 442, Ford Fairlane, Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Before he died he had been driving a 1989 Plymouth Grand Voyager minivan for about a decade, always kept the thing really darn clean though... He had it up to 110MPH once, feared for my life that day.
My grandparents drive a Volvo S40. It is always serviced on time and he only puts Premium 98 petrol in
My Kilometres made me very satisfied this morning. (Also yes, I was in the midst of cleaning the car so don't judge me on that filth )
Well If were going to play this game, (admittedly, this was a while ago, now the truck has 91,000) (imported from here)
It is ugly, but it doesn't really bother me. I don't really care for those newer Volvos. The older 240s and stuff though..
The most stolen car in Australia is the Holden Commodore (Mostly the VT, which Is the model I own...). As of September 6, 2015 the number of Commodore stolen from 2014-2015 is 2671. Though 72% of these Commodores have been recovered it makes it obvious that these aren't professional thieves unlike the ones who steal Australia's 2nd most stolen vehicle. The Toyota Hilux (1494 stolen 2014-2015), 4 out of every 10 Hilux ute vanishes never to be seen again. They are pulled apart & sent to the middle east, some even end up in the hands of ISIS. If I ever need a pickup Im going down the Ford Ranger path, screw dealing with that shit.
