I don't really like it but whatever. Starting to get used it but image thumbnails could be a lot bigger and gif avatars don't work. (probably have been pointed out several times already, too lazy to read the thread)

I don't understard how it's so hard to use to some people or why are some people leaving the forums because of this...

EDIT; And also agree with NothingToDo ^

Change is good and it feels fresh and new, It's working well on mobile devices and seems quite easy to navigate but not tried it on the PC yet.

It seems more fluid, the UI has some nice improvements. The most appearent change is the design. I kinda miss more buttons, but I'm sure it just take some time to get used to (I need to first map the UI works before I can tell if it's bad or not).

It took me some time to get used to the old forum too. The forum API I'm most used to, and like the most is IP.Board, but often times different is just different. You get used to it and it's alright.

I'm getting annoyed about all the people spewing out all the unhelpful, angry comments just to express that "this is shit".

Be open to change, it is needed. Take time to learn the new design, and then you can give constructive feedback.

Well, it's not like we weren't warned this change was coming folks. This is a fresh start like it or not.
Hopefully this will take care of a few and very annoying forum glitches I was having.

There is no editing for page formats, and the theme is hurting meh eyes.

It feels a little faster, but not a fan of the new layout at all. I prefer a more traditional forum layout. I do like the responsiveness and seemingly improved speed though.

It's a bit too... busy. It's (in my opinion) harder to read than the old vBulletin forum. Too many words, not enough space.

Oh, and I kinda like the new emoticons.

The following is the Bonzi Buddy emoticon:
It shall be used by me and me alone.

So far I don't have any complaints as to my old content still being available. I have valuable PM discussions from the
old set up and they are still there. I would love to be able to tweak my visual experience in here but in due time I guess.:D

Turns out I can't upload BeamNG screenshots in Community Screenshots because the forums said the screenshots are too big for servers to process.

I think it would be nice to see what our friends posted when we are at our profile page. Like the old forum format.

Yeah, been browsing a little now. It's much faster and I really love that.

    A few thoughts:

    • Good to see that search defaults to showing most relevant titles (meaning if you search for X topic, you get all the threads about this X topic). It's searching for posts though. Maybe a filter function could be fitting (filter post, title, blog etc.) and a sorting function (newest first, oldest first, alphabetic, creation time, thread type (closed, open etc.) etc.)

    • Editing, then clicking cancel doesn't remove the edited text. You need to refresh the page in order to get back to the unaltered post. It does not comply the changes though.

    • May I suggest an "unanswered threads" link/hub?

    • It may seem a little washed out (to many similar colors). Maybe some slight adjustment to the colors could be helpful to give you a better overview and readability. Especially for people with non-calibrated and poor contrast monitors this could be hard to navigate/read.

    • What I miss is a "your threads" page, a button you can click to get a list of the threads you have activity in, or are following. Meaning, if you post in X thread, that thread will be in that list. And it'll be sorted by post activity. Some forums have threads with new activity shown in bold, which is very useful. Click that thread and it'll no longer be bold (indicating you've read the latest activity). This is very useful to be able to keep track of your activity/what you're discussing. And of couse you should be able to ignore some threads from this list, and use sort/filter tools. Just a suggestion. :)

    • There's a fun new quoting tool where you just mark some text and click add to quotes, which you can later add and sort in your post. Nice.

    • Other features are probably added incrementally during the transition, so I won't go into everything.
I also want to say that compared to the default GUI, this looks very nice. It also seems like a useful GUI (functionality wise) - you can have both aesthetics and functionality.

Yeah, I don't use any other forums because they are set up like this. I don't see myself sticking around here much anymore tbh (Devs are probably cheering :p)
