cant move the camera

I cant seem to move the camera (when i move the mouse the camera does not move)
any suggestions?

 

Try the numpad.

 

I meant when I move the mouse the camera does not move, also my pc is VERY VERY SLOW.

 

In full screen mode, it seems my camera doesn't move, or if it does, very slowly and very intermittently. On windowed, it moves fine. I think it may be down to FPS possibly, I don't know.

 

I can`t seem to move the camera either... And my laptop does not have a num pad. For me, this is just a small annoyance, but I would greatly appreciate being able to get the best camera angle during a spectacular crash.

 

you dont have enough FPS, same problem when i spawm 10 cars then i cant move the camera too, just to low FPS.

 

My fps was just fine when I tried... I will try again.

 

My FPS seems fine... but the camera still won't rotate
