Here's my baby. 1988 Pontiac Trans Am And then for a winter car I have a 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis that I was too lazy to go outside to take a picture of.
Not me lol, those are beautiful cars though. Yes, but barely. For my block itself, (6G72 SOHC) the sky is the limit. As for the bottom end, the rods are not known for failing, even in pretty insane builds, the crank will get you through 500hp, but above that is sketchy, and of all the pistons that Mitsubishi ever stuffed into a 6g72, the ones that I run are considered to be the most desirable for boosted applications. The big problem with boost is really the heat generated by it, and that's why my setup incorporates three separate means of cooling the intake air. Even so I will probably over-retard my timing like a little bitch, and my injectors will need to be widened waaaay out to accommodate the new-found need for a bunch of fuel. At those boost levels I will most likely be a slave to my water methanol system and if the tank should run dry or an injector failure were to occur, the motor would destroy itself in short order with that much pressure. Never-the-less it still makes me nervous when I realize that I would have to run a 350 shot of the funny stuff to make those numbers without forced induction.
Yeah my girlfriend could buy the car for me....but I would have to get a race licence considering the chassis itself was from an actual Jaguar D-Type that could have raced at Le Mans....
Here's what I drive, it's my Dad's but we keep calling it mine. 2000 Silverado Z71 LS with a 5.3L V8 and it is a 4x4 with over 250,000. It's done us very well, but it's starting to show its age, still pretty reliable though, hardly dies (it does randomly die once in a long while) and still hits 80 MPH on the interstate with no hesitation. We used to use it to haul water to our house (we have no city water where we live) but I broke the trailor, so as to its load carrying ability, I have no way to see how well it still performs, but I imagine it's fine. Still has almost all factory parts, anything aftermarket is OEM. I also drive my Mom's 2005 Crysler Town & Country Touring from time to time.
Since my last post I added a few to that. Unimog Doka 416 Opel Signum Dacia Duster 4x4 Ford Expedition Toyota Sequoia Renault Trafic These were actually long time ago, just forgot last time: Suzuki Swift Suzuki Swift 1991

He has my respect why does he not turn it into a top speed car for the Bonneville Top speed runs I mean thats probably your area I know David Freiberger does it although he did it via ROADKILL but come on you cant beat that!
I own 3 cars: 2004 Mercedes-Benz Geländewagen (was my father's) 2002 Mitsubishi Galant (swapped out the 4-speed automatic for a 5-speed manual) 2006 Subaru Impreza Wagon (lift kit, 4WD, VERY dirty, offroad tires) I have no pictures, but you can Google the cars if you want to see what they look like. (The G-Wagon is black, the Mitsubishi is gunmetal, and the Impreza is silver.
i bought my first car yesterday a Nissan Silvia S12 1.8 Turbo. build in 1986 and completely rust free. there are only 25 left of these in my country so i consider myself lucky
My friends 5th avenue had no power steering for about a week, he still drove it, and that was a 3800 lb sedan.
Are your arms non existent? I have driven cars not only without power steering, but with failed power steering systems where you are then left fighting remaining hydraulic pressure. My arms are skinny as fuck, I have no muscle. Its not hard to drive a vehicle with no power steering, not even remotely.
