    :| You do not need to open the zip file, simply place it in your Documents/BeamNG.drive/mods folder and start the game.

    Couldn't be easier..

    Probably not, I finished it and it still works just fine.

    I may revisit it in the years to come, who knows..

    Reminds me of a time I tried to tell a "famous" youtuber he was using mods (for Minecraft) from an bad distribution site (Pretty much the same as bad sites that distribute beamng.drive mods, and I knew because he gave the source of where he got them). Not to be surprised, no response.

    I've had the game for quite some time and I just found out the game has a map editor (or rather how to open it).. I'm a noob too :D

    For some reason, I get a large block saying, "no material" in the middle of the map. How do I get rid of this?

    Just put the zip in Documents/BeamNG.drive/mods

    If you're definitely in "Documents/BeamNG.drive" there should be one. If not, it should be fine to create it yourself. Just call it "mods". No capitals.
