I know the guy who built a very unusual Jaguar that use to live in Biggar and hes an ex race car driver from the 1960s and hes told me the exact location in Germany where his Jaguar is....and I am really tempted to go buy it....he said it had something to do with Le Mans...but idk.... he showed me a picture of it...I believe he said it was from 1955 and he pointed out some of the engineers that built the original.... he said he had a copy make of the Mike Hawthorn Jaguar D-Type that won Le Mans with a "breathed on" I6 engine....
Technically this was yesterday but I replaced the front mudguard on my H100 with a nice re chromed one, I would have taken a picture but this is England and it was cloudy and dull.
Yesterday my riding mower started missing or something, I have checked everything I can think of external on it. Still does it. Ideas???
We created a puddle of sadness on the garage floor while changing the oil on our E90 328i. Took it down to the self service car wash to clean out the engine bay afterwards. The odometer is about to hit 125,000 miles and we're just now having to change the power steering fluid, which we will hopefully address sometime soon. Here's a bonus picture of our F25 X3 we recently used clay bar and wax on, looks pretty good for a family hauler. And my E46 M3 is still the garage queen of the family.
Ain't she purty. I was thinking of painting the steelies, the front clip thing, and the thing that goes around the headlights and handlebar all black. Not sure if the back part under the seat is worth the effort to take off to paint. I also got my new speedo cable spinny-majig but I got the wrong one so it still has 475kms on the clock and is always going under the speed limit.
New alloy radiator time Removing hoses etc Bottom hose and AC mounts.. So much space Switching the fans and mounts over Done
my opinion, if you're going to paint the plastics black, do all of them. Your bike, you do what you want of course. the wheels could look alright painted though
Not really today and it's not like I did anything to my car, but I did manage to catch 111111km. Kinda disappointed I forgot to reset the trip meter so it'd show 111.1 but still it's something. Next goal 123456. After that I might as well get rid of the car since 200k is going to take too long
I personally wouldn't black out a scooter, for visibility's sake. But if he wants to grind his face into the pavement, let him I guess.
I have a surging idle most of the times when the car was stationary and warm. Found the problem: broken OVP relay. Just ordered a good used one from Germany for 30€. A brand new one in Sweden would cost me over 80€. Ridiculous prices...
Replaced the door pin and bushings on the Camaro. Kind of a pain, the door had to be removed from the car. You have to grind out hardened steel to remove the top bushings, and the bottom hinge had to be drilled out (which was a pain due to the shape of the door) and have larger bushings installed due to excessive wear. Half the hinges are welded to the door so replacing the whole hinge wasn't really an option for me. And finally getting the door which I swear weighs like 60 pounds lined back up to the car was fun. Oh well its done and the door functions great now. Not my pic/car but this gives an idea of the procedure.
Přišly na řadu chromovaných doplňků, které jsem hledal delší dobu Jako bonus: osvětlení vnitřních klik
