Thanks for the idea, I've quickly tried to change those areas to chrome, but because it's a part of the body the entire body needs to be duplicated. That's a bit too much I think for such a small area (although a chrome rain gutter will make it look older as well) Maybe it can be done with the upcoming texture feature. I didn't know this Tradesman existed. There are indeed resemblances... Than again, I've designed the grill for the D-series to look a bit like a early third gen D/W series, so it's not that strange And yeah, it's still awaiting approval. I'm going to bed, but Dummies just woke up so hopefully he will approve it soon.
AR162B submitted a new resource: Gavril H-series Addon mod - Extended van, classic parts, sport parts, trailers Read more about this resource...
If you are having trouble adding this mod to the current van whenever you put the file in the mods folder, just unzip it in the van folder. it worked for me when I had the issue.
The only thing I would think should be added is a classic interior to the classic h series here is what I meant. maybe use the dash from the moonhawk.
How about making the steelies white, silver,or body color with dog dish hubcaps. and maybe a moonhawk or barstow interior for the classic version.
I love the old body style you've added. The door handles, grille, hood, and lights all look perfect on it. Awesome job!
ive been wondering if you make the wheels on the box trailer physically singles but still look the same like on the t series it shouldnt hit the beam llimit of 10000 anymore
I think a facelifted version to resemble the newest Ford E-Series would be really cool. I also think an extended engine would be an awesome idea as it seems the front end is quite short compared to the real vans.
I won't put a Bruckell dash in a Gavril, but a Barstow dash might fit. It's a nice idea but it's not on my priority list Like Machine wrote, some kind of D55/D65. Basically a D15 cab (incl doors and interior) and bed on a shortened short T65 frame with custom hood and fenders. Not even close to a release unfortunately. Thanks! I didn't even know the limit is 10000 beams... Making them like singles is an option indeed An extended front end (extended engine?) would probably need another body, the current classic version uses the same body as the newer ones but with some added parts to make it look older. I rather not make a new body just for that look... Yep, I've noticed. Thanks for mentioning it. The latest update set all scaled values to 1, making the beam spring values in my mod way too large, making them unstable and buckle. Hopefully Diamondback will release his tool to recalculate the values automatically, recalculating and changing them one by one by hand will be near to impossible to do
Either it's me or the Parts Delivery, livery's showing up as missing textures, either the update's broken something or I dun goofed somewhere in downloading/installing.
There is no hard coded limit to my knowledge, its just of course with more beams we get more lag but we all know that.
