Game Crashes On Startup Due To 4.3.0 Update

The game crashes on startup due to the 4.3.0 update, any help would be appreciated
I put the crash log in the description.

 

This is a pretty obvious question but is it modded? if so reinstall your game without mods.

 

it is not modded, I deleted all of the game files and uninstalled the game then re installed it but it still crashes

 

I am having the same issues. Just bought the game it loads, go to any option free roam or anything it loads to 100% then crashes. Running a 6 core i7 with 24gb ram no fps program no antivirus and a 4gb nvidia quadro cad card with direct x11 not sure why it wont work, any help? Tried deleting it and re installing no luck.

 

Could you give more info please? There are quite a few 6 core i7s and also quite a few nvidia quadro cards.

 

I have an x980 i7 with an fx5800 windows 7 64bit ultimate, sabertooth x58 motherboard and 24gb of memory. changed the graphics driver again still no luck, was able to remote into my grandfathers machine to play it that way on his so i know the game works just not on my machine.

 

yes i tried that same thing loads the map, then when its about to load the vehicle and let you drive it crashes

Also note no antivirus ever installed and complete system build only about a month old or so. Not much on it besides steam.
