No remapping. The G27 is supported by default and has it's own key mapping already.

Just make sure you install its drivers, otherwise the wheel will function in a limited mode and things may not work correctly.

I just started the demo and my G27 doesn't work. I wanted to test before I got the full version on Steam. I have a Modded G27 so the Pedals and Shifter are stand alone Items. I also have a Button box I made myself.
So I guess my question is, will my G27 setup work with the demo?

The demo is quite old and we made important changes to the input system since then..

Thanks, I think I'll give it a try. Looks pretty interesting.

OK Got the Sim from Steam and having controller issues...

I have a G27 that is modded. The Steering is Alone, Pedals are on a Bodnor interface are recognized separately as well as the shifter. I also have a Button box I made using a Derick Spears 32 button controller board.

I go to Controls/ Hardware it it recognizes all devices. I go to force Feedback and I can get the wheel axis to work with Force Feedback, however none of the other devices (Shifter or Pedals) will configure. While in Hardware menu, I can see movement on all axis of the correct devises. None work in game. I go to Controls/Bindings and try to set them and nothing will work. For example: Bindings/Vehicle/ Throttle/ I hit the +, Says press the throttle, I do, it detects an axis, however under the heading next to "Assigned Control" it has a blank Box with a Greyed out X next to it, below that "Filter" it is blank. Below that Close/Revert/Apply. now matter what I do it will not connect the chosen control.

I am either obviously trying to do this wrong or something is Fubar'ed.

    Please help.

It looks like some people are having trouble assigning new bindings for their controllers. When that happens, try to click on the blank box, and see if you are able to assign controls then.
We will try to fix this for the next update.

Tried that with no luck, guess I'll sit and wait. I am an avid iRacing user so I know all my controls work. On a side note, when in the hardware menu I noticed that it did not like my Load Cell for the brake, looked fine for throttle and clutch, but just short erratic throw for the load cell.
