Game not launching.

    The game, when I click on it, says it is launching, but never launches. I checked the Task Manager, and it is in the memory. Can someone tell me how to fix this, or if this is a problem on Steam's end.

    I am using a Windows 10 x64 with an AMD Raedon R3 graphics. It usually runs fine, but this just started happening.
