Problems whit adding my R220 Steering wheel

Hey guys,
Ive got a steering wheel and i want to use it for BeamNG Drive. But how can i manage to do that?
I have roamed in the options at controls and i found this: http://prntscr.com/919xr8 Ive noticed that he did register my Saitek R220 but i have no idea how to continue from this point.

If u have got more knowledge from this, please feel free to reply on this thread i really appreciate. Also, I am not really good into computers so please give me a detailed explanation and i will be very happy.

You can access the controls menu in the sidebar. From there, click the + buttons on the control bindings to assign controls.

It does not register the movement i make whit my steering wheel example: When i push the plus botton to steer right and i steer whit my wheel right, it doesn't register.

There are several issues that prevent many users from assigning the controls. Most of them should hopefully be fixed for the next update.
