My Game Crashes When The Map Loads.

When my map has finished loading the game crashes. I am using 64-bit windows 7.I have downloaded full version of BeamNG.Drive from Steam.The map loads and then it crashes.

 

What are your system specs?

 

the processor is intel Core i5 750 @ 2.67 GHz. In the performance bar of the help in BeamNG.Drive I see full compatibility and I can't figure out the problem. 8.00 GB RAM is the ram amount. Again the O.S is 64-bit Windows 7

 

and GPU?

 

NVIDIA GeForce 310 is my Graphics Processing Unit and I have kept the graphics quality low in the game.

 

Inadequate for BeamNG and does not support DX11 which is a requirement of BeamNG

You can use the steam betas tab to downgrade to an older DX9 build of the game.

 

Is it possible to use anything else other than DX11?

 

In order to support some of the newer features of the game the DX11 switch was kinda required, plus it bought extra performance for most.

As I said, under steam betas you can download a DX9 version of the game, but it is outdated and unlikely to run well on your highly underpowered GPU.

Any NVidia 10 model (such as the 310) is intended to provide nothing more than a crude frame buffer for drawing graphics from but almost negligible hardware acceleration. They are unsuited to gaming, even video decoding is kinda on the limits of their intentions.

 

Im new to this game and steam can you please explain me how to get older versions?
