All my downloaded levels and terrain mods are not showing up in the freeroam menu after the 0.4.3.1 update, the mod section says that they are all present and activated, but they are missing from the selection menu in freeroam.

Can you check if your mods are still there in 'Documents/BeamNG.Drive'?
Also, screenshot of the 'Mod Manager' window ingame please (with the levels category expanded).

A screenshot of the level selector too please?
Also, attach your 'beamng.log' file (in Documents/BeamNG.Drive)

It could be one of those maps breaking the mod system.
    Try this:
Put all your maps out, run the game. Close the game, and put only 1 or 2 maps back and check if they appear ingame. Then slowly add the rest of the levels until the same issues pops out.

By put the maps out, you mean deactivate them?, or remove files from mod folder?, btw why did you need my log file?

To check what was wrong, but your log doesn't give details about the issue.
And I meant to put them out the folder.

This happened to me too. I took all the mods out of the 'unpacked' folder and they work fine.

Are you using the latest game version? If yes, you are not looking hard enough.
