In Russia police uses little cars like Lada Priora (it looks like Renault Logan). It is much smaller than Grand Marshall. Anyway, you can try to make Emirates Police skin, I actually like it.
actually... Russia and France had crownvic ( very few but they had them.) the moscow police crownvics where donated by ford (atleast thats what the internet said) the cars in france i don't know much about
Actually we are still using the developing country version of Passat Mk2 (a.k.a. Santana) mostly (Shanghai PD Patrol Car shown in the picture) We also have some cheap minivans, the facelifted VW Jetta Mk2&Mk4, Hyundai Sonata Mk5&Mk6, some BYD sedans & hatchbacks, BMW E90 3-series LWB, E60 5-series LWB, Nissan X-Trail, Ford Focus, some golf cart and so on as Patrol car(big cities has good police cruiser, some poor places just have some rubbish cars). Shanghai PD has some all-black SWAT Chevy Epica (not bullet-proof). We have some different departments that have different liveries, but the whole country is sharing the same livery system except Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Also, those cars are nearly exactly the same as we can buy in the dealer That FCV is like some rich guy bought from US
Those were defenitly special cases, as in russia these are mainly used Ladas in all forms and shapes. As for france, Peugeots, Renaults and Citroens.
the crownvic in china is most likely not a real police car but just a replica since the markings dont match other chinese police cars.
