Post length in other forums

I have a post I want to post in general discussion as a discussion thread, but it is very long (about 4.1k words) and i am wondering if it should be broken up into several comments on the thread itself, or just posted as one long post. Its formatting allows it to be broken up into various posts so i am wondering what would be better (there's no rules against a long thread from what i can tell, but i don't know if a post that long is too large for one thread and will be deleted if posted)

I am going to do a car handling discussion thread, and.. I wrote out a long winded response detailing my opinions on each car.. i might have got a bit carried away
