    1. Don't type everything in bold for no reason.
    2. Reload the terrain (close and open the editor) after making changes.
    3. Go to the wiki for more information.

This might help you. There are 2 maps mentioned in this post; Gridmap, and Smallgrid.
You should start with gridmap since you dont seem to have any experience working with the Torque3D terrain editor and terrains in general, so Gridmap gives you a somewhat decent base for a map being a beginner.
Also, this is a good time to talk about how you want to approach a terrain.

This kinda gives you a good idea of what will help you out when drafting a terrain. This isnt required, but its a great thing to keep in mind.

Im getting progress but theres the tool for editing the terrain ( the one where you set the terrarin height to a defined value)
How can you change it to a certain height? Instead of it making a Giant Hole... ?

It's the rightmost value on the tool bar. Near where you set the softness.

Driv3r1142 specifically linked you to my post on how to get started, did you read all the instructions in the post Driv3r1142 linked to? If you follow those instructions for a new map you'll be able to play the map while you are working on it. To save progress between sessions you'll use File->Save.

To package the map so that other people can play it (you already can play it), follow these instructions: [Tutorial] Guide to Installing and Packaging Mods. Note that the post I'm linking you to is stickied in the correct forum: the Content Creation forum. That's where you want to be when looking for information of this type.
