I just modified a file of the pickup engine. Here is a video of this:

DOWNLOAD: http://www.mediafire.com/download/yd8m75xxz5atpqc/pickup_engine_v8_drag.jbeam

Install:
- Put the jbeam file in BeamNG-DRIVE/vehicles/pickup
- Run the game and select some map
- Press CTLR+W and select the engine part "Gavril D-Series Rocket Powered Engine(Dragster)"
- Press "Done" and have fun

EDIT: It's even drivable!!

Haha epic! :D Looks really nice man :) Is it another category in the D-series or does it replace a model? :)

It's an additional part for the car, so if you are done with this one, you can go back to the default one.

So i cant just copy it from the pickup folder and then drop it in the other cars, you have to make it, is that what you're saying?

No you can't drag this file to other vehicles, you have to copy the existing engine and modify it, change the name of the part and you will have an addintional engine modified by you. :)

I'm not a pro in these things but you can start with modifying the definition files like the .jbeam in .drive. So you just go to the vehicle folder you want to mod, and open, for example the engine .jbeam file in the notepad, just change some numbers in torque and rpm and check it in game (btw you don't have to restart the game for the changes to make effect you just have to CTRL+E select your car that you modded and "Done"). You can copy that file and change the datas and the name of the part, and select it on your car using part picker CTRL+W so you don't have to modify the existing original files. :) Have fun and good luck!
