Alright here they are; thanks again! x3 (I hope the attachments aren't too forum consuming) (idk why I like having refrences to the Soviet Union but just go with it I guess, I'm also learning Russian if that matters)

I followed the installation instructions, but they seem outdated and they didn't work.

 

If you don't already have a vehicles folder in mods, then make one, then make another folder inside that named common, then place the DDS files in there.

 

How about this?

 

I did that, and it started to use the "ROCKY" plate. I deleted rocky off of EVERYWHERE, put the TOPGEAR one in the common folder, but it still likes using rocky.
