    Thats still not CPU or GPU. Although from RAM amount and having 8.1 with bing, I am guessing an intel atom or maybe even celeron with intel HD graphics, a machine incapable of running BeamNG.

    Your pc (HP 19) is an all-in one. The graphics card (Intel HD Graphics) and processor (Intel Celeron) are not powerful enough to run the simulation properly.
