I wanted a cheap action camera I could use on my RC car, and I found this (and a case for it). But the website is completely in Chinese, and I want to know if it's legit (safe to put in my credit card etc.). NOTE: Shipping isn't a issue for me, I can ship to China. NOTE2: It's either called "Mi Yi" or "Xiaomi Yi"
i wouldnt recommend it, Techmoan on youtube does reviews on action cameras, and he has a 1080p chinese action camera that hasnt got 1080p, it was pretty awful, will find the video and post it here
no, but that matches the one you might be buying though, but there was an old video of him having a chinese camera that was awful, it had awful CMOS wobble and it really wasnt good, but looking at that video it looks to close match the camera you found

Everything bought with visa card : ) Camera is very good quality. I mean both - build quality and quality of recording/photos. In my opinion it's even better than gopro 3. A little bit worse than 4 black, but for this price it doesn't matter
Thanks! I just bought it, but I decided on this website (is that website correct? (I mean is it the correct/same camera on here)) since they ship the the UAE (where I live). If I like this camera, I'll probably get more of them for different camera angles.
