Whenever I load a new map it goes like this

Since you had that installed, the mod caused the issue by using a LUA file that the game no longer supports, so if you had that, just install all of your mods except for that one, and it SHOULD work, if not, then there is yet another mod that may cause this issue, and if we can find out all of the incompatible mods, then I can tell the devs which mods are the issue, and they can have them fixed, or they can send out an update, bringing the compatibility of those LUA files back into the game. @dat15gamer
