License plates not working

After the 0.5 update, my license plate mod no longer works, and the plate texture does not show up. The plate DDS'es used are located in mods\vehicles\common

Major work going on with licence plates..
Nuff said it will break out mods based on the old licence plate stuff.

If they don't work anymore..
That's basically why we haven't been approving any licence plate mods on the mods page.
We warned those users that those mods wouldn't have lasted long because of the work that was going on with licence plates.
