Sorry for necrobump...

Sub 2-minute is hard, but not impossible.
I recently revised how I attack the circuit (earlier breaking points, lower corner exits, pulling gears a bit farther before red-line, less sliding around, etc.) and managed to put down this decent lap.

Didn't get to go full-out throttle as soon as I wanted to before gas station and got a little wide coming out of the long straightaway, but still managed to best my old time by about 3 seconds.

 

Great time, But I still have not beat 2.00:00 The closest I think I have Gotten so far is 2.00.51, which i have not posted here simpily because I thought the thread was dead. I still remain positive that a sub 2 min time is possible. Personally I think the stock tires should be better than "sport" on the SBR4, something more like Assetto Corsa's hypercar road tires would do nicely... oh well.
If I can dig up that time screenshot I will post it here.

 

I might get there soon enough.
