How would I make my car ignite

I notice on this update, the cars are able to start on fire. The problem is, I don't know how this works. Can someone explain the fire starting conditions? (My god this looks like a dumb question, but I actually don't understand).

 

Crash hard enough to cause significant damage to the engine bay, or crash hard enough into the back of a car with a fuel tank mounted near the rear bumper to make the fuel tank explode, which in turn ignites the car. Fire hasn't been finely tuned on all official vehicles yet, so some are easier to ignite than others. The sunburst rally and race editions are among the easiest to ignite.

 

Crush the gas tank, or hit something while going very, very fast. Really anything that has a chance of rupturing a fuel tank or fuel line has a chance to cause a fire
