    Well that's news to me, but I don't see the reasoning behind it (in real life not BeamNG) considering it's just essentially a footrest.

    that's exactly it, it's a footrest for cars with small legroom as a place to put one's foot as opposed to resting it on the clutch

    Aside from being a comfy spot for your foot, it lets you brace for an impact with both legs extended roughly the same distance given that your right foot is planted on the brake. If it weren't there, your left foot would be in dead space which allows you to fully extend your leg which isn't ideal if you value your knees.

    Gotta give respect for devs also because I love how detailed and well done car bottoms are, and especially how different they are and does not use copy-paste parts. Execpt Gavril Roamer, D15 and H15 which shares same platform of course :)

    My personal favorite is the newer Pessima again (3. from right), and 200BX (1. from right). Keep up the good work! :)
