Police car sirens/lighs

its really simple
two lights, one red, one blue, flashing on and off.

my idea here was to improve the gameplay and the scenes for editors.
just think about the short films we could make. (thats really something i want to do, a realism based shortfilm)

nor did i mean it was simple creating it. i meant the idea was simple.
