As the title says, is there any chance for that ? Those cars have lots of potential when it comes to drifting and they both already have optional welded rear diffs.

Go into the actual game files (look at the attached image for the way to get there from your HDD or SSD), find the pessima or sunburst zip and open them. Find the suspension_F.jbeam file and open it with notepad (one way you can do this is to open notepad and drag the file into it). Ctrl+F steering (or hydros) and copy the entire block and paste it under the original. Then change the first name in quotes and then change the second one (it should just say "Steering"). DO NOT CHANGE THE slotType NAME. Then under the hydros section you can slowly up the two factor settings (one will be positive and the other will be negative). There's something in there call beamStrength and you can change that to a bunch of 9s because the farther the wheels turn, the more likely it is to break the tie rods. Dob't change steeringWheelLock because all it does is change how far the wheel turns. If you make it smaller then it will turn the wheels faster so I guess you can change it if you want (there's a positive and negative one for this too so make sure you change them both. The number is measured in degrees). Then after some testing you can really fine tune it to what you want.

    OR

I can do all that myself and upload the files somewhere for you to download. If you choose this method then you'll have to go to the actual game directory which it the same as the picture attached (assuming you bought it from steam) and swap it for the old file.

Uhhh you do realize that changing Factor only regulates the rate at which wheels turn?

Here you are, drift steering rack for the Pessima. Place it in documents\BeamNG.drive\mods

No the factor changes the steering angle. I actually have experience doing this. steeringWheelLock changes the how fast the wheels turn.

Factor changes the length a hydro will extend to, m8. @Chonchus is right.

I tested that on Sunburst and it only changed the steering rate. I didn't have time to look into that deeper but are there additional beams that limit the steering angle ?
And sometimes whole suspension just collapses
EDIT: I just tested your drift steering and it collapses sometimes too

It's faster because the amount the wheel has to turn (eg. 540 degrees or 1.5 turns) is the same and it turns at a constant rate, so when it has to turn the wheels farther, it will turn them faster. Steering angle is hard to notice unless you know what it looked like before. And the steering will break if it's not strong enough so you'll have to up beamStrength

Also try changing steeringWheelLock and use cab view so this makes a bit more sense.

I know, it's pushing the suspension too far. The steering system uses slidenode rails and the hydro moves the rails back and forth, and increasing the hydro's extension will eventually break the rail or will be broken by the car's weight on the suspension as it's at an extreme angle.

Also, I haven't been able to collapse the steering unless I'm whipping the wheel lock-to-lock, which has broken the stock steering rack before as well.
