LCD display in Sunburst and gauges flickering

This happens with a lot of vehicles, but it popped out to me in the Sunburst the most. They both flicker rapidly but not regularly when you are moving at all. Here is an example:


Notice how the gear number on the LCD display is a little screwed up.

 

What graphics card do you have? If you have AMD, then what driver are you currently running?

 

I have a GTX 750 Ti Superclocked.

 

Well, the gauges for some vehicles flicker for me in any terrain.

 

Well, I know the latest AMD drivers have been having problems in Gta and Fallout 4 with compass flickering, but you have a Nvidia card so, not to sure.
