So i'm wanting to move my main windows 10 install on to my SSD.. problem is my SSD is very small (120 GB) and my main boot drive has 2TB worth of stuff on it.

So I was thinking of doing reinstalling W10 on to the SSD and leaving it for OS files only.

Question is will I be able to do reinstall W10 on to the SSD, and still keep all the current files (ie photos important files etc? that's still on the current drive?)

another question is if all possible, will W10 reactivate with no problems?

    Thanks.

Yes, It should be possible. Windows 10 does give the option of keeping your data when reinstaling.

You'll probably end up with two Windows 10 installs, but it should work.
