Hi all, I have just upgraded my Virgin Media Broadband from 150Mbps to 200Mbps.
Seems a bit faster but probably overkill unless everyone in my house wants to stream 4k TV.
I still remember dial up, makes me feel old!

I'm just curious as to what speeds you are getting.
    My stats are below.

    Download - 211Mbps
    Upload - 12Mbps
    Location - UK
Price per month - £36 Usually £49 inc £17.99 phone rental (currently on a deal as threatened to leave, try it)

My internet speed varies between 30Mbps download and 5Mbps download. Upload is always 2Mbps.

In optimal conditions, download is 15-20Mbit/s. Upload is always 0.8-1Mbit/s.

When there is damp/wet weather, download drops to 2-4Mbit/s...which it is right now.

8mbps down, 1mbps up. We're upgrading to 100 down, 20 up at the end of this month. Which will help the fact that my new phone (Moto G 2015, arriving tomorrow) only has single band WiFi.
8d/1u isn't that bad. Ping times in TF2 are fine.

Down: 30 Mbps, but usually around 2-4 Mbps
Up: 20 Mbps, oddly the up speed is stable and never drops...

    I used to have 200kbps...

Now i have about 90 mbps after my parents called the ISP and requested for not-15-year-old-internet for the same price...

    God, I need your broadband.
That is insane. You have got to be using fibre.
