Momo was already mapped by the developers.

Just follow this tutorial and change things as necessary for your controller.

Sorry, I wasn't clear enough. I used this same method with my PS3 controller, but with a PS3 controller inputmap. But now I already got it fixed. :)

I know this is old but, in case it wasn't solved, this input map might work for your
    Formula wheel.

    I had the same issue.

After you open the game (with your controller/wheel plugged in) and open the console,
go here and look for this file:

    C:\Users\Leedomi7\AppData\Local\BeamNG\BeamNG.drive\torque3d.log

The info should be in there. If not, close the game and try again and keep checking the
    torque3d.log

I had to do that 3 times before my GUID showed up in the torque3d.log.

When I open up the console, I get an error code on 3 lines.
000.167|E|DirectInputdevice: playG27Leds|DirectInput: setting Leds failed: Leds unsupported
000.273|E|DirectInputdevice: playG27Leds|DirectInput: setting Leds failed: Leds unsupported
000.279|E|DirectInputdevice: playG27Leds|DirectInput: setting Leds failed: Leds unsupported
I believe all 3 of those lines have something to do with what you were talking about. They start on the second line. Also, where there are spaces in it, there arent actually spaces in the game's console. I could not stop it from making a dumb :p
