Sensation of speed while in car view

It appears that the cars go a lot slower while in car camera view opposed to the bonnet view since update 0.5.2.0,I cant understand if this is a feature or an actual bug,from what i know it is bugging me immensely.
I hope to hear an official opinion soon,if requested I can upload a video about it.

 

It's been like this since before the update. It's because you have a restricted view of the terrain from inside the car, whereas the bonnet view gives you a full view of the road, without a windshield in the way.

 

It is because the FoV is greater in hood view, giving the sensation of more speed.

Both are the exact same animation, but the camera's FoV is turned up or down, respectively.

 

i only drive using the in car view,i noticed this as soon as i started playing the new update,it just doesn't feel normal... it just isnt like before
