Good PC still lag!

Hey!

I am to frustrated to start look for more help on forum. Was on steam and no help there and now im her.
All i find is pepoles with bad computer complain about lag. But what about this.

My system
Windows 7 Ultimat 64bit Registrated and updated installed 10/2 2016 all good.
Socket 2011 i7 3930k at 4Ghz Water cooled
32Gb 2000Mhz Memory
Radeon R9 390 8Gb Grafgic card driver up to date
all systems and games are on SSD

3D Mark test score = 12758 points. thats rigth under 4k gaming score's SLI/crossfire setup .

BeamNG = Run on low. Still bad FPS,

My fried just did get the same grafic card as me. We did this in the same room at the same time.
His system is
Win8
i5 Cpu
8Gb 1600Mhz memory
R9 390 8Gb grafic card.
system and games on SSD

3D Mark score is almost the same as mine.

BeamNG = on custom settings Higth + Now lagg.

Why is my computer laggy ? when all games I cant find run on Higth/ultra and better.

 

For me when i do low graphic setting it runs slow, but when i max out the graphics it runs fine. But that might just be a coincidence. So i dunno.

 

Well i did try Higth. but im down on low to even manage to have some funn.

Next to me is a friend with same card as me but little lower PC. he plays on max and lots of fps.. and im there at low!!
crazy.. and make me crazy to not understand why!

 

Well then i dont no what to tell ya.

 

Clear game cache.
Check GPU usage with MSI afterburner or similar. If it's low, reinstall or update drivers, make sure your PC is set to performance mode (control panel > power settings).

If all that fails reinstall the game.

Btw, what resolution are you playing on?
