Mods not working ??

I have downloaded some mods and but them in my docs BeamNG.drive/mods/vehicles and placed it in there but is still not doing anything. Help !!

 

Did you put the mods into your mods folder and are they still zipped?

 

i dunno i think they are unzipped.

 

They need to be zipped because if they are unzipped they wont work and they need to be in your "My Documents/BeamNG.Drive/mods" folder

So you zipped them and put them in that folder....and they are now working

Try deleting your cache folder and is did you get this game on Steam?

Hello! I'm having mod issues too. I put the zip folders to the mods folder in Documents > BeamNG.drive > mods, but they aren't still working, and the folders are ZIPPED, I double checked that.

The game actually finds the mods but they don't appear anywhere else than mod manager and it says the mods are unauthorized or something like that.
Mods that I tried are downloaded from here under the 'MODS' section.

By the way I'm playing the game via Steam and I have win10 if that matters.

E: Mods aren't unauthorized. Mod manager says that mod type is unknown.

 

What mods have you installed? Some older mods don't work anymore. You can also try the most common fix in the world of computers, restarting it.

 

Thanks for reply, I was using djploppers car pack and variety mod.

I got the mods working by using 'Green install button'. For some reason manual install wasn't working.
