Been happily playing for 2 years.
Now that 0.5.2.1 has been released, the game crashes on startup.
I momentarily see the game menu with "Problem detected", the game then hangs and eventually triggers the crash reporter.

    I've sent the crash report.
Is there anything I can try to fix it while waiting for an update (e.g. can I modify config files, etc??)

Can you please run the 'support.exe' tool in your game directory, send the informations and leave here the ID it gives you at the end?

Have you tried clean reinstalling the game meanwhile? It's possible that the update process corrupted some files, just to be sure you don't have any corrupted/modified files around.
    -Unistall BeamNG from Steam
-Delete BeamNG.Drive folder from MyDocuments (backup your mods if you want)
-Delete BeamnG.Drive folder from Steam/Steamapp/common (If there is still a folder)
    -Reinstall BeamNG.

Does the problem persists in both 32bit and 64bit version of the game?
You can find the 32bit launcher in 'Steam/Steamapps/Common/BeamNG.Drive/Bin32'. The game runs in 64bit on your system as it's supported.

    ----

It appears to be a current bug we are working to identify. It's related to the AMD drivers stabilty.
Did you get any errors like this when the game crashed?

What we can suggest you is to make sure your drivers are up to date. Sometimes underclocking the GPU may help (this would be only a temporany solution, until we find a workaround for this AMD Drivers issue)

The game is working again thanks nadeox1 for your patience, I had to allow beamNG to use more RAM and now it seems like it's working fine. thanks!!! =D

    Glad you got it working.
Do you mind explaining the procedure you used to 'allow BeamNG.Drive to use more ram?' May contain useful informations for us :)

Maybe it was when you go to Details in Task Manager then right click and set the priority

That's not allowing it more RAM...

I gave the game the highest priority on my computer when active. it helps the game run smoother or at all. I use Windows 10, but I know this also works at least till windows 7 witch is the most out of date version you can use in beamNG anyway since I was on windows 7 for 3 years until I updated a few mouths ago.

So if I have any thing else running on my computer It gives beamNG the most space and RAM

That just allows it to use the processor more of the time.

Not sure, but it might move stuff out of the RAM and into a paging file on a HDD/SSD to allow a process to use, well, more physical RAM. Not sure though...
