    Hi!
First I must commend you for the more normal road widths :) (most other games uses mile wide lanes).
Unfortunately it only takes a glance at the strange insistent bouncing whenever a car is on a winding hilly road to realize the roads low resolution.
All these complex physics given so little to interact with road wise... it really deserves better (than something from ~2003).
Aside from that it's very enticing. :)

Just in case the devs stopped reading (somewhat understandable) at the word "bouncing" this thread is NOT about that.

I only suggested higher res. roads. Looks good and rids all the high angled polygons (seen in trailers) that NATURALLY acts like small jump ramps.
But maybe there's something hindering that.. hope not.

The problem is heightmap resolution. As far as I know Torque3D only supports up to 2048x2048 heightmaps. So you can have a small map with a detailed heightmap, or a big map with an undetailed heightmap (and so far we've opted for larger maps).

Ah... and even if you managed 4096 (looks possible but troublesome/unstable after short search) minimum graphics specs still goes up.

EDIT: But isn't at least asphalt roads separate from the ground (like objects) and so without a hightmap?.. If so, I think it'd be fine with bumpy off-road combined with smoother asphalt roads, somewhat even helps the off-road simulation.

I want to see a street like you would find in San Francisco, like the film Bullet where the Charger is getting chased by the Mustang. Or starsky and hutch.

Would certainly test the suspension ;) Cant think of anything more fun than flying down those hills at full speed, bending the chassis etc.
