They still need ESC and Traction Control before they can release more modern vehicles. However, if you want one now, there's an electric SBR4 mod here.
There is none. Electronic stability program. Electronic stability control. Same shit. Different name. Except a few vehicles in game already have ESC and Traction control now...
You misread. They had to wait for it to be implemented before we could get modern vehicles. The SBR4 and the sunburst both have ESC and TCS and the late model pessima had TCS upon release although I am not sure if that was later removed in the next update or not.
Simply for the sake of variety, I'd say it would be a good addition. If they do add one we could only hope for something ridiculous that could do funny sounding burnouts.
Or maybe add the option to swap out the conventional engine for an electric kit in the parts configurator, so all the vehicles in BeamNG, would have an electric counterpart.
I like that idea. Or add a new vehicle. Something like a modern fwd compact 5 door hatchback like a Scion im and have the option of a 4 cyl or a electric engine.
How about the BMW i3, but sold under the ETK brand in the game. Or, a Tesla-like vehicle but sold under the Hirochi (or ETK, whichever it is) brand.
