How to find and attach towable objects?

I saw in version 0.5.2 they added a giant flail, I have checked under the parts list and the vehicle/props spawner for the item or any towable item for that matter and cannot locate it. Where in the world do I find this item, and how do I attach it? I searched the forums and found screenshots of people using it but couldn't find anything else. Thanks in advance!

 

You didn't search hard enough.

Add a tow hitch to one of the following vehicles:

• D-Series
• Roamer
  
• H-Series
• Grand-Marshal

Select the Giant Flail from the tow hitch's "Small Trailer" slot.

 

The etk has a tow hitch aswell
