    Hello
    This happened to me again but this time just before my computer crashed when i was in the game( three cars spawned, US map) my computer still has plenty of room for the game to function. tried uninstalling it and re installing it, restarting my computer, deleting beamng document folder, got rid of all mods, working on windows 7 on a desktop, no error comes up, no crash report comes up, nothing, nada, only a problem has occured to stop the program working correctly. I have tried everything i know. also tried running in 32 not just 64

    So your PC crashed (You mean it BSOD or freezed completely?) and now the game is stuck on that screen?
    Can you run the 'support.exe' file in the game directory and leave here the ID it gives you at the end?

    it froze for about 4 minutes making a horrible sound then it blue screened and shut off but the computer started up fine

    So, something is completely blocking the UI process.
    Malwares or sketchy programs can do that, as they try to 'attack' programs recognized as browser (and the UI process is basically a browser).

    Nothing I can do from here, identifying that program or virus causing that is something you have to do.
    If it's a virus, it would probably explain that weird crash.

    thank you. its working after i reinstalled it a second time. i turned off what i think was the problem and it works
    thanks for your help and time:)
