What's a good ATX motherboard that's affordable (100$ USD)

    Anything under $100. Any reputable brand. Gigabyte, MSI, Asus, etc.

    May I just ask why you're getting a 6600K then slapping it into a $100 mobo? You won't be able to overclock with it because it'll at best be an H110 Chipset. I would recommend a 6500/6400, then using the gained money to afford maybe a $125 board.

    Huh, it seems that they make boards in this price range that actually have Z170 chipsets.

    Go for the MSI Z170-A PRO. It'll let you overclock with that 6600K (if you ever want to) and it's currently $120 on Newegg. I personally use an MSI board and I swear by them.

    Asus Z170-K I was gonna say, but it's over your budget for quite a bit ($140).
