Oh my god, what are you doing with your life? I get what you did with the CPU, but why blow your money on any R7 card when you can get an R9 380 or 390 and be much happier? Yes, better = more $$, but save up and get yourself a good card. I have a 4 GB MSI R9 380 OC, runs BeamNG like a dream. Here are my specs copied from my website (created with Wix, so more like wixsite instead of website) because I'm a tired turd: Intel Core i5-6500 @3.2 GHz MSI R9 380 4GB OC Gigabyte H170 Gaming 3 Crucial BX100 250 GB (not made anymore, luckily I could still get my hands on a new one - the BX200 is utter crap due to the slower read/write speeds) 1 TB WD Blue (not installing yet, getting it later) 8 GB DDR4-2133MHz 500W EVGA PSU NZXT S340 - Black/Blue Windows 10 Home 64-bit
